Az-Tec LLC was born from a simple yet profound realization: even the smallest misalignment in grip can derail performance, safety, and recovery in sports, work, and daily life. Founded by Steve, an innovative engineering student at Oklahoma State University, our journey began in the labs and incubators of OSU's College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (CEAT). Frustrated by his own experiences with grip-related slumps in athletics, Steve engineered the Swing Right insert—a patent-pending biomechanical tool designed to optimize knuckle alignment and joint stability.

What started as a prototype in OSU's New Product Development Center (NPDC), Zink Center Innovation Hub, and ENDEAVOR Lab has evolved into a scalable solution manufactured right here in Oklahoma. With support from pro bono patent experts at Baker Botts and manufacturing partners like K&C Manufacturing in Ponca City, we've transformed cutting-edge biomechanics into accessible tools that empower athletes, professionals, and those in rehabilitation. Today, Az-Tec is headquartered in Stillwater, Oklahoma, with operations extending through regional collaborations, including the Pioneer Technology Center Incubator for logistics and R&D at OSU's Riata Center for Entrepreneurship.
